How did we get the name “Four Legs”?
At the beginning of our RTO journey, I had full time help from my dear friend Angela “Blondie” Hunter… She will tell you that I’m the accelerator and she is the brakes of the relationship!
We both challenged each other to be better and more efficient than we were the day before. Blondie prefaced all discussions with “…it all comes back to the TAS… there are “four legs of the stool” and you cant operate without one of those legs…”

I always tell my clients, there are four legs to the stool; the RTO, the student, the employer and the TAS… It doesn’t matter how well you do something if it isn’t documented in the TAS.
